2-Gun

2-Gun is similar to 3-Gun, but only a handgun and rifle are used.  Courses of fire are friendly to rifles or carbines with iron or red dot sights, pistol caliber carbines, and similar guns, in that larger targets are used and none are placed more than 100 yards away.

Courses of fire will require you to move and shoot, and transition to another gun to complete the stage.  While times are kept, this is a very friendly, low key competition open to new shooters as well as experienced shooters wanting to try new skills or ideas, or just practice.

Courses of fire will be set up so that a holster for your handgun is not necessary.  Any caliber handgun and rifles are welcome.  Please note that no steel core/penetrator ammunition is allowed.
