NOTICE:

The new electronic gate system is now online.  You will need one of the new key-cards to access the range now.  For LIFETIME members who missed our pickup dates, and our attempts to contact you, we will hold your cards until you contact us and verify your information.  Please email gatecityssa@gmail.com if you have not yet received your card.

Memberships

To access and use the Oregon Trail Shooting Range you must purchase a membership.  With your membership you receive a membership key card which will grant access through the gate.  This allows you access to the range at anytime (shooting after dark is not allowed).  We are always happy to accept new members.


Types of memberships available:

Annual

  • Good from January 1st through December 31st
  • Cost:  $100
  • Available only from our vendors (see vendor list below)

Lifetime / Senior Lifetime

  • Good for the lifetime of the member (not transferable)
  • Cost:  $1,000 ($500 for applicants 65 and over)

Disabled Veteran Lifetime

  • Good for the lifetime of the member (not transferable)
  • Cost:  FREE to veterans providing documentation of at least a 40% VA certified service connected disability who live in Bannock County or a bordering county.

Membership benefits include:

  • Use of the shooting facilities at the Oregon Trail Shooting Range (within the guidelines of the Range Rules and safe shooting practices)
  • Your immediate family (defined as your spouse and dependents under the age of 18), may shoot with you at the range for no extra cost, but you must be present
  • Your guests may shoot at the range if you are present.  Cost is only $5 per day for each guest.
  • Members shall be entitled to participate in activities of the association, be eligible for its offices, and authorized to vote in its elections

Please keep your membership key card on your person when using the range as you may be asked to show it at the range to verify your membership.
