Update History

On November 16, 2023, at the general membership meeting, a proposed revision to the Bylaws was voted on and approved.  The changes to the Bylaws consisted of:

• Eliminating the required calculation for the guest fee amount and adding language allowing the Board of Directors to set the guest fee amount
  

On November 19, 2020, at the general membership meeting, a proposed revision to the Bylaws was voted on and approved.  The changes to the Bylaws consisted of:

• Changing the term "range user fees" to guest fees
  
• Adding eligibility requirements for senior lifetime memberships
  
• Adding to the eligibility requirements for disabled veteran lifetime memberships
  
• Eliminating language about key fees and local retailers
  
• Clarifying how the guest fee amount will be calculated

On April 18, 2019, at the general membership meeting, a proposed revision to the Bylaws was voted on and approved.  The changes to the Bylaws consisted of:

• Clarifying that the sole responsibility of financial matters belong to the Board of Directors
  
• Clarifying the spending  limit that any individual Director has
  
• Adding a section referencing a Standard Operating Procedure that will be developed as a separate document covering Range Safety Officer responsibilities and use of the range by those who conduct for profit training
